Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage all aspects of customer interaction, including social media (Instagram/Facebook),
WhatsApp, voice calls, emails & video calls.
2. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and explore upsell and cross-sell opportunities
within the existing customer base to maximize revenue.
3. Resolve customer inquiries and requests promptly, ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
4. Offer necessary consultations to customers and direct them to the relevant department.
5. Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
6. Provide style and product consultancy to customers to drive sales.
7. Travel for shows/ pop-ups if required
Qualifications:
1. Effectively manage customer interactions, track leads, and enhance customer
relationships.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage
effectively with HNI clientele.
3. A keen understanding of the luxury and lifestyle sector, including the latest industry
trends and customer preferences.
4. Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle customer inquiries and resolve
issues efficiently.
5. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

3. Knowledge of jewelry trends and styles
4. Experience in the luxury industry and in sales
