We are looking for a Floor Manager
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily floor operations and staff on duty
- Ensure customer service, billing, and display standards are maintained
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues on the spot
- Monitor inventory, stock replenishment, and housekeeping on floor
- Manage shift schedules, attendance, and staff performance
- Coordinate with billing, warehouse, and other departments
- Meet daily sales targets and maintain sales reports
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
