Role Overview
As a Business Development Associate at Tech Vedhu, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, understanding their learning needs, and guiding them toward the right career programs. This role is target-driven and ideal for candidates interested in sales, communication, and career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with leads via calls and messages in Tamil
- Explain courses and career opportunities to students
- Follow up with interested prospects and close enrollments
- Maintain accurate records in CRM
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Build trust and long-term relationships with customers
Compensation
First 2 Months (Probation): ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Post-Probation CTC: ₹3.5 LPA – ₹5.5 LPA (Performance-based)
Eligibility Criteria
- 2024 or 2025 graduates
- Strong spoken Tamil communication
- Basic English understanding
- Willingness to work in a target-oriented sales role
- Laptop, stable internet connection, and headset required
