About the Role
Meta Arch Design Build is looking for a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to manage quantity take-offs, cost estimation, tendering, and project billing for architectural and interior projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong commercial acumen, be proficient in AutoCAD, and have experience coordinating with design, procurement, and execution teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs and quantity take-offs from architectural drawings.
- Develop project cost estimates and rate analyses.
- Prepare and manage tender documents, RFQs, and vendor comparisons.
- Handle client and contractor billing, including RA bills and invoice verification.
- Coordinate with architects, project managers, procurement, and finance teams.
- Maintain accurate commercial documentation, including BOQs, billing records, variation orders, and cost reports.
- Monitor project costs and support commercial decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in quantity surveying, estimation, tendering, or billing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM 300 Models and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings, BOQ preparation, and construction billing.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
- Experience in architectural, interior fit-out, turnkey, healthcare, hospitality, or commercial construction projects is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in BOQ preparation, project billing, and tender documentation is essential.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in architectural, interior fit-out, turnkey, or commercial construction projects will be preferred.
