Job Responsibilities:
- Provide L2 support for desktops, laptops, printers & IT devices
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network & system issues
- Install/configure Windows OS, MS Office & Outlook
- Handle tickets, user support & remote support activities
- Manage Active Directory & password reset tasks
- Maintain IT assets and ensure timely issue resolution
Skills Required:
- Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook & basic networking knowledge
- Experience in desktop troubleshooting & hardware support
- Knowledge of Active Directory & ticketing tools
- Good communication skills
Qualification: Graduate in IT/Computer field preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
