- Lead Management: Respond to sales inquiries, qualify leads for group bookings or corporate accounts, and conduct site inspections
- Contracting & Documentation: Prepare formal proposals, contracts, and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) accurately and in a timely manner.
- Inter-departmental Liaison: Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B teams to ensure all group requirements (rooming lists, VIP amenities, meeting room setups) are met.
- System Management: Maintain and update the Property Management System (PMS) and Sales CRM with guest data and room block details.
- Reporting: Assist in preparing weekly/monthly sales reports, tracking production against targets, and managing the sales calendar.
- Guest Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the planning phase, resolving issues promptly to maintain high guest satisfaction scores
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
