Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations on Myntra and Flipkart marketplaces.
- Handle order processing, claims (shortage, damage, RTO, reimbursement), and issue resolution.
- Monitor inventory, pricing, and product listings.
- Coordinate with logistics, customer support, and marketplace teams.
- Prepare MIS reports and ensure SLA compliance.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace operations.
- Hands-on experience with Myntra and Flipkart seller portals.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and strong analytical skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
