Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Electrical / Mechanical / Production Engineering or relevant discipline
Experience: 12–18 Years

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage transformer manufacturing production operations.
- Plan and execute production schedules to achieve delivery targets.
- Manage manpower, machines, materials, and overall production resources.
- Monitor productivity, quality, rejection, rework, and production efficiency.
- Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Design, Stores, Purchase, Testing, and Maintenance teams.
- Identify and resolve production bottlenecks.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Drive productivity improvement and manufacturing efficiency.
- Lead and mentor Production teams.
- Maintain production MIS and performance reports.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- 12–18 years of relevant experience in Transformer Manufacturing Production.
- Transformer industry experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of transformer manufacturing processes.
- Proven experience in production leadership and team handling.
- Strong planning, coordination, problem-solving, and execution skills.
