We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment and support core HR functions for our fast-paced Travel & Events organization. The ideal candidate understands dynamic, operations-driven environments and has experience hiring for travel advisors, creative, sales, and operations roles.
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for roles across operations, sales, creative, production, and support functions

Partner with department heads to understand manpower planning and hiring needs

Draft job descriptions and post roles on relevant job portals and social platforms

Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, references, and recruitment networks

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds

Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and pre-joining engagement

Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and candidate databases
Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation for new hires

Conduct HR induction and company policy briefings

Coordinate with IT, Admin, and Finance for joining formalities

Drive employee engagement initiatives for office and on-ground teams
Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation

Support attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs coordination

Assist in drafting HR letters (offer letters, confirmation, increments, warnings, etc.)

Ensure adherence to company policies and labor law compliance basics
Assist in performance appraisal processes and review documentation

Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns

Support HR in handling disciplinary processes and performance improvement plans when required
Strong recruitment and stakeholder coordination skills

Ability to hire for fast-paced, deadline-driven environments

Good understanding of service industry workforce dynamics

Proficiency in MS Office and hiring portals
✔ Experience hiring for Travel, Events, MICE, Hospitality, or related industries will be a plus
✔ Experience of 3 - 5 years only apply.
✔ Exposure to HR operations beyond recruitment will be an advantage
