Recruitment Responsibilities
- Understand manpower requirements from various departments.
- Prepare and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Source and screen candidate profiles based on job requirements.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules with department heads and management.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Conduct reference checks and background verification.
- Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per organizational requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and job consultants.
- Generate recruitment reports and hiring metrics for management review.
2. Payroll Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee attendance, leave, and shift records.
- Collect and verify monthly attendance data from all departments.
- Process monthly payroll accurately and within timelines.
- Calculate salaries, incentives, overtime, deductions, and reimbursements.
- Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, and Labour Laws.
- Handle employee additions, deletions, and corrections in payroll systems.
- Coordinate with finance/accounts for salary disbursement.
- Generate and distribute salary slips to employees.
- Process full and final settlements for resigned employees.
- Maintain payroll records, employee compensation data, and confidential HR documents.
- Address employee queries related to salary, deductions, and benefits.
- Prepare monthly payroll reports and statutory reports for management.
- Coordinate employee insurance enrollments, additions, deletions, and claims support.
3. General HR Responsibilities
- Maintain employee personal files and HR records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
- Monitor probation confirmations and employee documentation.
- Prepare HR MIS reports and maintain HR dashboards.
- Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
- Support audits related to HR, payroll, and statutory compliance.

Experience: 4+yrs
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
