We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to manage the software development team while actively participating in client meetings, requirement discussions, and project delivery coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in MERN / MEAN / AI technologies, along with proven leadership and communication skills to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the software development team on daily tasks and project delivery
- Conduct client meetings, requirement gathering, and technical discussions
- Coordinate between clients and internal development teams
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Provide technical guidance and support to developers.
- Handle team performance, task allocation, and issue resolution.
- Ensure high-quality development standards and best practices.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project updates.
- Support project planning and delivery management.
Skills Required
- Strong experience in Software Development Team Leading.
- Hands-on technical knowledge in MERN / MEAN / AI or similar technologies.
- Experience handling client meetings and requirement discussions.
- Good understanding of web and mobile application development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience working in an IT services company is preferred.
