Experience:
- 5–10 years of laboratory experience
- Minimum 2–3 years in supervisory / managerial role
- Experience in hospital or diagnostic laboratory preferred
Skills & Requirements:
- Laboratory operations management
- Knowledge of quality standards and accreditation (NABL / NABH preferred)
- Staff supervision and scheduling
- Inventory and equipment management
- Documentation and compliance knowledge
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Reporting and coordination with clinicians and hospital management.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
