Our Legal Firm is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Advocate with strong expertise in property document scrutiny, legal opinion drafting, and preparation of various deeds.
Key Responsibilities:
· Scrutinizing title deeds & parent documents
· Verifying chain of documents & encumbrance records
· Drafting clear and structured legal opinions
· Drafting & vetting all types of deeds, including:
- Sale Deeds
- Settlement Deeds
- Gift Deeds
- Partition Deeds
- Release Deeds
- Mortgage Deeds
- Lease Agreements
- Development Agreements & Joint Venture Agreements
- Conducting property due diligence
- Coordinating with clients, banks, and developers
Preferred Skills:
· Strong drafting and analytical ability
· Sound knowledge of property laws & registration procedures
· Ability to identify title defects and legal risks
· Experience in bank panel legal opinion work is an added advantage
· Minimum 5 years of experience preferred
