Job Responsibilities
- Sell movie tickets at the ticket counter.
- Assist customers with ticket bookings and show timings.
- Sell snacks, beverages, and other food items at the counter.
- Deliver food and beverages inside the theater when required.
- Verify and scan customer tickets before entry.
- Guide customers to their respective screens and seats.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counter and work area.
- Process cash, UPI, card, and other payment transactions accurately.
- Coordinate with the theater operations team to ensure smooth customer service.
- Perform other duties assigned by the management.
Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass / Intermediate or Above.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of cash handling is preferred.
- Male & Female candidates can apply.
Shift Timings
Female:
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Male:
- 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Rotational shifts and weekly off.
