We are looking for ambitious, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Consultants who can drive consultative sales and create exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle showroom walk-ins and convert inquiries into sales
- Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings
- Understand customer requirements through detailed discovery discussions
- Conduct site visits and pre-sales measurements
- Prepare design & Quotations and present customized solutions
- Negotiate and close high-value sales professionally
- Upsell appliances, accessories, and complementary products
- Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and referral partners
- Maintain CRM updates and sales pipeline discipline
- Coordinate payment follow-ups and post-sale customer experience
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 years experience in sales, interiors, furniture, modular kitchen, real estate, luxury retail, or similar industries
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Odia
- Presentable personality with professional grooming
- Process-oriented and disciplined in follow-ups
- Fast learner with design sense and solution-selling mindset
- Comfortable with targets and performance-driven environment
