**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. The Receptionist will be responsible for handling appointments, coordinating with clients, and ensuring that all appointments are accurately uploaded into our system at the end of each day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a positive, professional attitude.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Schedule and manage appointments for various departments.
- Coordinate with clients to confirm appointments and address any scheduling changes.
- Upload and update appointment details in the system each night.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office supplies management.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and appointment scheduling software.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to manage workload and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to upload and manage appointments during evening hours.
Working Hours:
- 10am to 6pm
