Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and service issues.
- Follow up with clients regularly to understand their needs and identify upselling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights for service improvement.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹12,500.00 per month
