Job description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Network Engineer with 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing our enterprise network infrastructure. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to mentor junior team members.
Location : Bandra, Mumbai, Maharashtra (Candidates should be from Mumbai only)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level network infrastructure.
- Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking devices.
- Monitor network performance and ensure maximum uptime and reliability.
- Diagnose and resolve complex network issues in a timely manner.
- Implement preventive measures to avoid recurring network problems.
- Ensure adherence to network security policies and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support IT and infrastructure projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, etc.)
- Upto 2 years of experienced candidates preferred.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise networking equipment.
- Knowledge of network security protocols and best practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Good communication and team collaboration abilities.
- Leadership skills with the ability to mentor team members.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
- Experience in handling enterprise or large-scale networks.
