- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant equipment.
- Maintain pumps, agitators, reactors, gearboxes, compressors, blowers, valves and other mechanical equipment.
- Carry out dismantling, inspection, repair, replacement and reassembly of equipment.
- Replace mechanical seals, bearings, gaskets, couplings and other worn-out components.
- Perform pump and motor shaft alignment.
- Carry out lubrication of equipment as per maintenance schedule.
- Attend emergency breakdowns and restore equipment safely and quickly.
- Identify abnormal vibration, noise, leakage, temperature and other equipment conditions.
