**Job Title: Junior Accountant**

### Job Summary
Hule Constructions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our Accounts & Finance Department at our Head Office in Patoda. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, proficiency in Tally and MS Office, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.
### Key Responsibilities
* Maintain books of accounts and financial records.
* Record daily accounting transactions and journal entries.
* Manage ledgers, vouchers, and account reconciliations.
* Prepare invoices, payment records, and supporting documentation.
* Perform bank reconciliations and monitor account balances.
* Assist in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance activities.
* Generate reports using Tally and Microsoft Excel.
* Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial documentation.
* Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in all accounting activities.
### Required Qualifications
* B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent qualification in Accounting/Finance.
* 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred.
* Freshers with strong accounting fundamentals may also apply.
### Required Skills
* Proficiency in **Tally ERP / Tally Prime**
* Strong command of **Microsoft Excel** and **Microsoft Word**
* Knowledge of Accounting Principles
* Ledger Management & Reconciliation
* Bookkeeping & Voucher Entry
* Basic GST & TDS Compliance
* Financial Record Keeping
* Strong analytical and numerical abilities
