About Position:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Digital PMO Leader with 10 to 15 years of experience in driving enterprise-wide digital transformation programs and portfolio governance. The role will be responsible for establishing and leading PMO functions, ensuring successful project delivery, stakeholder alignment, portfolio governance, financial oversight, and execution excellence across strategic technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong Project Management, Stakeholder Management, and Deliverables management expertise while enabling predictable and value-driven business outcomes.

What You'll Do:

The Digital PMO Leader is responsible for establishing and driving the enterprise-wide Project Management Office to ensure consistent, predictable, and value-driven delivery of digital initiatives.

This role defines the portfolio strategy, governance model, delivery standards, and operational cadence for all technology and business transformation programs.

You will oversee portfolio planning, program execution, resource/capacity management, and financial governance using Planview and Smartsheet as the core PMO platforms.

This role partners closely with executive leadership (CIO, CFO, COO, Business Unit Heads) to ensure strategic alignment, transparent reporting, and continuous delivery excellence.

A successful Digital PMO Leader will enable better decision-making, higher predictability, improved execution, and increased ROI across the position.

Portfolio Strategy Planning Own Enterprise Portfolio Management across all digital and technology initiatives Facilitate annual and quarterly planning cycles (budgeting, prioritization, sequencing) Align investments with organizational strategy, OKRs, and measurable outcomes Maintain portfolio health using Planview portfolio dashboards and analytics

PMO Governance Operating Model Define and enforce PMO standards, stage gates, templates, and delivery processes Establish a unified intake assessment prioritization approval workflow Maintain consistent project methodologies (Agile, hybrid, waterfall) Lead portfolio governance and Steering Committee meetings with senior leaders

Program Project Oversight Provide leadership to PMs, program managers, scrum masters, and delivery leads Monitor schedule, scope, budget, risk, and quality across all initiatives Evaluate project health and escalate issues, dependencies, and risks proactively Ensure benefit realization targets and KPIs are established and achieved

Financial Management Budget Governance Manage portfolio budgets in partnership with Finance (Capex, OpEx, forecasts) Track actuals, variances, burn rates, and upcoming needs in Planview Validate business cases and ensure ROI and benefit realization tracking Drive quarterly forecasting and financial reconciliation processes

Resource Capacity Management Partner with functional leaders to forecast and allocate resources Manage utilization, availability, role capacity, and skill alignment Identify resource constraints, propose solutions, and support hiring plans Maintain real-time resource dashboards in Planview

Reporting, Analytics Executive Communication Deliver clear, actionable reporting for CIO/CFO/Steering Committees Build real-time dashboards in Planview and Smartsheet Provide proactive insights on portfolio performance, risks, and decisions needed Create executive-level presentations and portfolio reviews
