We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and provide information about company services. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to convince potential customers.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Explain company products and services clearly to customers.
Maintain call records and customer data in the system.
Follow up with interested leads and existing customers.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
Required Qualifications
Minimum Graduate / 12th Pass (depending on company requirement).
0–2 years of experience as a telecaller, tele sales executive, or similar role.
Basic knowledge of computer and CRM tools.
Required Skills
Good communication and convincing skills
Ability to handle customer queries and objections
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach
Basic computer knowledge
