Minimum 5+ years of HR experience
Experience in a manufacturing company (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition
Hands-on experience in payroll processing
Knowledge of Training & Development (T&D)
Experience in HR compliance and audit
Ability to handle HR operations and administrative activities
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
