Job Title: Domestic IT Recruiter (Day shift) 12 pm to 9PM
Location: Noida (Initially Work from Home)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 0–3 Years
- Understand client hiring requirements and job specifications.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Negotiate salary, notice period, and joining timelines with selected candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Maintain candidate records and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or internal database.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Meet monthly hiring targets and recruitment KPIs.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of the domestic IT recruitment process.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Basic understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong negotiation and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
