Awsm Digital Innovations is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can spearhead our marketing efforts. Someone who can plan campaigns, execute them, measure results, and continuously create visibility for the work we do.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives for our products and services.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other platforms.
- Build narratives around our projects and highlight the impact of our work.
- Oversee SEO, content marketing, and social media strategies for blogs, newsletters, and social media.
- Create regular visibility around company achievements, launches, and case studies.
- Experience using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, and improve results based on the insights gained.
- Work with freelancers, vendors, and internal teams to execute campaigns.
- Help build and grow the company’s marketing function and build a digital marketing team over time.
- Stay updated on AI tools and updates, industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
Expected skillset
- 3+ years in digital marketing, ideally within a B2B tech agency, SaaS company, or digital product studio.
- Ability to plan and execute campaigns from idea to reporting - take ownership and drive initiatives independently.
- Experience in maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, generating leads, and ultimately converting them into loyal customers.
- Proven experience directing external freelancers and agencies to deliver on-brand assets on time.
- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing best practices.
- Experience working with global audiences or B2B marketing.
- Curiosity about new marketing channels and formats.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
