Job Summary:
The Estimation & Planning Engineer is responsible for preparing project cost estimates, budgets, BOQs, project schedules, and resource planning for real estate and construction projects. The role ensures effective cost control, timely project execution, and coordination with project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and project budgets.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Develop project schedules and monitor progress against planned timelines.
- Coordinate with procurement, site, and design teams for resource planning.
- Track project costs, quantities, and budget variances.
- Prepare progress reports, MIS, and planning updates.
- Assist in tendering, vendor evaluation, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project, Primavera P6, and quantity estimation.
- Strong analytical, planning, and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of construction methodologies, rates, and budgeting.
