Role & Responsibilities:
- Excellent communicator with superior people skills, comfortable presenting program details over the phone.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Contact potential students to inform them about relevant programs, explaining program features and benefits.
- Create and implement a structured plan to achieve admission goals.
- Take ownership of work accuracy and maintain quick turnaround times.
- Counsel and advise students, converting queries into final admissions.
- Follow up on leads to ensure conversion.
- Maintain weekly/monthly reports and process-related matrices to track student conversions.
Requirements:
- Education Qualification: Bachelor's or Associate's degree in marketing, sales, or a related field (preferred).
Past Experience/Skills Required:
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in the social service or education sector.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong time management skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
