About the Role
We are looking for a creative all-rounder to lead our visual brand. You won't just be sitting behind a screen—you will be "on the field" capturing our machines and projects on camera, and then turning that footage into high-quality videos, social media content, and professional brochures.
What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Content Capture: Take high-quality photos and videos of our machines, office, and team.
- Video Production: Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, and product demos (including basic sound/music editing).
- Graphic Design: Design professional brochures, catalogues, and flyers for our sales team.
- Social Media: Create daily posts, carousels, and banners for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs match the GMT Engineers brand style and professional look.
Required Tools & Skills
- Adobe Creative Suite: Expert level in Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator.
- Canva: For quick, collaborative social media designs.
- Photography/Videography: Basic knowledge of how to frame a shot with functional knowledge of 3 point lighting and record clear video using a camera or high-end smartphone.
- Visual Storytelling: Ability to take a technical machine and make it look interesting to a buyer.
Nice-to-Have (Bonus Skills)
- Web Design: Experience designing websites or landing pages (UI/UX basics).
- AutoCAD: If you know how to read or create basic technical drawings, it’s a huge plus!
- Motion Graphics: Adding simple animations to videos.

- A strong Portfolio or link to previous work (Reels, Designs, etc.).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
