Job responsibilities :
1. Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers
expectations and company's objectives.
2. Analyze sales figures , customers reactions and market trends to
anticipate product needs and plan product
ranges / stock.
3. Collaborate with buyers , suppliers , distributors and analysts to
negotiate prices , quantities and time scales.
4. Maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products
appropriately.
5. Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves and inventory.
6. Generate new customers.
7. Design & develop leather Gloves & accessories.
8. Communicate with buyers & develop samples as per their requirements.
9. Coordination with samples as well as the production department to
execute production smoothly.
10. Maintain Files.
11. Daily report to the Management.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
