- Key responsibilities:
- Generate leads via listings, walk-ins, referrals, digital marketing, and outreach.
- Conduct property tours and present features, pricing, and financing options.
- Prepare and manage sales documentation, agreements, and property listings.
- Negotiate terms and close transactions while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales pipeline updates.
