Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing, cleanliness, and smooth workflow
- Handle customer orders — receiving, tagging, tracking, and ensuring timely delivery of laundry items
- Supervise and coordinate store staff (washers, delivery boys, helpers) to ensure efficient turnaround
- Handle billing, cash/UPI collections, and maintain accurate daily sales records
- Monitor stock of consumables (detergents, packaging material, etc.) and coordinate with vendors/head office for timely replenishment
- Ensure quality checks on washed/ironed garments before delivery
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain store records — daily reports, attendance, inventory logs
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
