Aishwarya Groups is a leading real estate developer focused on delivering premium residential, commercial, and land development projects. Driven by robust sales and marketing efforts, we are expanding our team and seeking a proactive HR Recruiter to manage our end-to-end recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities1. Sourcing & Lead Generation
- Manage the full candidate recruitment cycle from talent sourcing to onboarding.
- Post job vacancies across job boards (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn) and local hiring channels.
- Actively generate talent leads through direct sourcing, referrals, and networking, especially for Real Estate Sales and Marketing teams.
- Conduct preliminary screenings and coordinate manager interview schedules.
2. Verification & Onboarding
- Perform complete employee background and document verification (past experience certificates, salary slips, educational credentials, and IDs).
- Issue offer letters, prepare onboarding paperwork, and manage new hire integration.
3. Operations & Coordination
- Build a consistent talent pipeline to fill urgent site and sales vacancies quickly.
- Maintain recruitment records and submit weekly updates to management.
- Travel/commute to designated office locations and project sites as required for hiring drives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–3+ years in recruitment (prior experience hiring for Real Estate, Sales, or Field Operations is preferred).
- Education: MBA (HR/Marketing) or Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- Mobility: Must be willing to commute daily to the job location.
- Core Competencies: Strong talent lead generation skills, sharp resume screening, and solid salary negotiation abilities.
- Communication: Clear verbal and written skills in English and the local language.
