Job Description We are looking for an experienced and responsible Plant Manager to handle the complete operations of our metal phosphating and coating business. The candidate should be capable of managing production, workers, quality control, client coordination, and daily factory operations independently.
Responsibilities Manage complete day-to-day factory operations Handle metal phosphating and surface treatment processes Supervise workers and production activities Maintain quality standards and timely delivery Coordinate with clients, vendors, and transporters Monitor raw material stock and machine maintenance Ensure safety and proper chemical handling Maintain production reports and operational records Improve efficiency and reduce production downtime Requirements Experience in metal phosphating, powder coating, fabrication, or surface treatment industry Strong leadership and team management skills Knowledge of chemicals, tanks, pretreatment, and coating processes Ability to manage factory operations independently Basic computer and reporting knowledge preferred Problem-solving and client handling skills
Pay: ₹12,841.90 - ₹25,000.00 per month
