- To Market Engineering products like Lubricants, Compressor and allied spares in the area of Rajapalayam , Sivakasi,Virudhungar Sankankaran Kovil and Tenkasi
- Shall be needed to have area knowledge.
- Shall be needed to travel regularly.
- Shall be needed to explain basics of our marketing products portfolio.
- Best to have good relationship with the Industrial customers.
Job Description (Key Responsibilities)
- Plan and achieve monthly and yearly sales targets; set monthly/quarterly/yearly targets for each distributor in the region.
- Build and enhance customer relations; drive continuous market development and addition of new outlets for wider coverage.
- Produce accurate and timely market intelligence reports (competitor activity, price changes, promotional support) and coordinate communication between the team and distributor management.
- Lead people process for the secondary sales force - performance evaluations, training, and cost optimization - while complying with all company policies, instructions, and directives.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
