Job Overview
We are hiring enthusiastic candidates for Leading Food Tech Brand Customer Support Processes, including Voice and Blended support. The role involves assisting customers with queries related to food orders, dineout reservations, memberships, and grocery delivery services while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Both freshers and experienced candidates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through voice or chat channels
- Assist customers with orders, bookings, payments, and service-related issues
- Provide accurate information regarding brand's services and offers
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
- Meet service quality and productivity standards
Eligibility Criteria
- Age: 18 – 30 Years
- Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass
- Both Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Excellent English communication skills mandatory
- Clear pronunciation with no stammering or fumbling
- Comfortable with rotational shift and week off
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: From ₹12,000 Up to ₹20,000 In Hand (Based on experience and communication skills)
