Role Overview We are seeking a dedicated Marketplace Manager to oversee our entire retail operation on Amazon and Flipkart. You will be directly responsible for growing revenue, optimizing product listings, managing advertising spend, and maintaining account health on these platforms.
Key Responsibilities * Manage end-to-end marketplace operations, including listing creation, SEO optimization, and strategic pricing to win the Buy Box.
- Build, monitor, and optimize Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads) to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and manage Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
- Monitor daily inventory levels at fulfillment centers (FBA/Flipkart Smart Fulfillment) and coordinate inbound shipments.
- Manage account health metrics, handle customer disputes, raise and follow up on seller support tickets, and address unfulfillable or returned inventory.
Required Qualifications * 2+ years of direct, hands-on experience managing seller accounts on Amazon India and Flipkart.
- Proven ability to optimize product listings (A+ content, keyword research) to improve organic search rankings and conversion rates.
- Experience managing and optimizing e-commerce advertising budgets and PPC campaigns.
- Strong understanding of marketplace policies, algorithm updates, and account health requirements.
