Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Consultant Cardiologist to join our renowned multispeciality hospital. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of cardiovascular diseases while delivering high-quality, patient-centric care. The consultant will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive cardiac services and contribute to the hospital's clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage patients with cardiovascular diseases and related disorders.
- Perform and interpret ECG, Echocardiography, TMT, Holter Monitoring, Stress Echo, and other non-invasive cardiac investigations.
- Evaluate and manage emergency cardiac conditions, including acute coronary syndrome, heart failure, and arrhythmias.
- Conduct outpatient consultations and inpatient rounds.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based clinical practices.
- Collaborate with Cardiac Surgery, Critical Care, Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, and other specialties for integrated patient care.
- Provide preventive cardiology counseling, including lifestyle modifications and risk factor management.
- Participate in clinical meetings, CMEs, quality initiatives, and hospital accreditation activities.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with hospital protocols and regulatory standards.
- Guide junior doctors, residents, and nursing staff in cardiac patient management.
Eligibility Criteria
- DM/DNB in Cardiology from a recognized institution.
- Valid Medical Council Registration.
- 2–15+ years of post-qualification experience in a reputed hospital.
- Experience in handling OPD, IPD, ICU, and emergency cardiac cases.
- Strong clinical decision-making and patient communication skills.

- Expertise in non-invasive cardiology procedures.
- Knowledge of current cardiology guidelines and evidence-based practices.
- Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.

- Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
