Seeking alert and disciplined security guards (preferably ex-servicemen/ex-army) to provide 24/7 round-the-clock protection for our manufacturing facility in Gudur, Andhra Pradesh.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gate Control: Manage entry and exit of staff, visitors, vehicles, and raw materials.
- Log Maintenance: Strictly record vehicle numbers, material inward/outward gates, and visitor passes.
- Patrolling: Conduct regular perimeter checks of the factory premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and trespassing.
- Emergency Response: Monitor CCTV cameras, fire alarms, and respond quickly to safety hazards or breaches.

Shift & Leave Details:
- Coverage: 24/7 continuous security coverage.
- Shifts: Rotating 8-hour or 12-hour shifts.
- Leave: 3 days of monthly leave per guard (agency must provide a certified reliever guard during leaves).
Candidate Profile:
- Background: Ex-army, ex-paramilitary, or highly experienced industrial civilian guards.
- Skills: Basic literacy for logbooks, physical fitness, and knowledge of fire safety protocols.
- Documents Required: Aadhaar Card and Military Discharge Book (if applicable).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
