*Role Overview*
We’re looking for a nurturing, energetic Preschool Teacher to guide children ages 2-5 in their social, emotional, and academic growth. You’ll create a safe, engaging classroom where little learners feel seen, valued, and excited to explore.
*Key Responsibilities*
- *Create & lead*: Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons in literacy, math, science, art, and play using curriculum.
- *Nurture development*: Support social-emotional growth, encourage positive behavior, and help children build independence, kindness, and confidence.
- *Ensure safety*: Maintain a clean, safe, organized classroom and follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- *Observe & assess*: Track each child’s progress, document milestones, and communicate updates to parents/guardians through daily reports.
- *Build community*: Partner with parents, collaborate with co-teachers/aides, and contribute to school events and activities.
- *Foster joy*: Read stories, sing songs, lead crafts, facilitate outdoor play, and yes — celebrate every small win.
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
