We are hiring for an Oracle Fusion HCM - US Payroll Implementation Consultant
Location: Chennai | Bangalore | Pune | Mumbai | Hyderabad
Experience: 6 - 8+ years
Mandatory skills & Experience:
- Minimum 6–8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Modules
- At least 2–3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion US Payroll Implementations as a Functional Consultant
- Strong expertise in: Oracle Fusion Payroll, Oracle Fusion Core HR, Payroll Fast Formulas, Payroll Reconciliation
- Hands-on experience in: Business Process Analysis, Requirement Gathering, Solution Design
- Good understanding of US Payroll Legislation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
