We are a fast-paced team of storytellers, designers, and strategists—and we are looking for a organized, energetic intern to keep our people operations and office environment running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
1. Human Resources Support:
- Recruitment Coordination: Source profiles, screen resumes, and schedule interviews for creative roles (like Graphic Designers, Video Editors, and Copywriters).
- Onboarding: Help set up workstations for new hires and guide them through their documentation and first-day orientation.
- Employee Engagement: Plan and organize small team events, birthday celebrations, and cultural activities to keep workplace morale high.
- HR Records: Maintain digital employee files, track attendance/leaves, and update basic internal HR spreadsheets.
2. Office Administration:
- Front Desk & Facility Management: Greet visitors, answer general phone inquiries, and ensure the office premises stay clean and presentable.
- Vendor & Supply Coordination: Monitor office stationery, pantry items, and equipment supplies. Coordinate with vendors to restock when needed.
- Documentation Support: Handle basic office documentation, print/scan tasks, and assist in managing day-to-day office expenses or receipts.
- Team Support: Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth daily workflows.
What We Are Looking For
- Education: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related stream.
- Communication: Fluent in English and Telugu/Hindi (verbal and written) to interact easily with internal teams and external visitors.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic Google Workspace tools.
- Traits: High energy, attention to detail, a strong sense of ownership, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Interest: A genuine interest in working within a lively, creative agency culture.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹24,287.57 per month
