Job Summary:
SLBS Marklance is looking for a highly driven and experienced Branch Manager (B2C Sales) to lead and manage the Calicut branch operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving admissions, achieving branch revenue targets, managing the sales team, and ensuring smooth dayto-day branch operations while delivering excellent student counseling and customer experience.
The role aligns with common EdTech branch sales leadership responsibilities such as target ownership, team management, funnel optimization, and admissions conversion.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales & Revenue Management
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual branch sales targets
Drive student admissions through direct B2C sales activities
Develop and execute branch-level sales strategies to maximize enrollments
Monitor lead conversion funnel and improve closure ratios Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead, train, mentor, and motivate the branch sales team
Conduct daily review meetings and monitor individual performance
Implement performance improvement plans for low-performing team members
Ensure a high-performance, target-driven work culture Student Counseling & Admissions
Guide prospective students regarding courses, career opportunities, and program benefits
Handle escalated counseling cases and close high-value admissions
Ensure excellent student/parent relationship management Branch Operations Management
Oversee day-to-day branch activities and ensure operational efficiency
Maintain discipline, attendance, and workflow management
Ensure branch compliance with company policies and SOPs Lead Management & Conversion
Monitor lead allocation and follow-up mechanisms
Ensure proper CRM usage and accurate lead status updates
Coordinate with digital marketing teams for quality lead generation Market Development
Identify local marketing opportunities in Calicut region
Build partnerships with colleges, institutions, and local networks
Conduct seminars, workshops, and promotional events to increase admissions Reporting & Analysis
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
Analyze branch KPIs and suggest corrective actions
Track competitor activities and market trends Requirements Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) 4–8 years of experience in B2C sales
Minimum 2–3 years of team handling/branch management experience
Prior experience in EdTech / Education counseling / Training industry preferred
Proven record of achieving sales targets Required Skills

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
