Job Summary
Alixor Pharma is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support daily administrative, operational, and documentation processes. The role involves managing data, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth workflow across departments in the pharmaceutical business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage data entry, documentation, and record-keeping with high accuracy
- Prepare and maintain stock reports, sales reports, and order tracking
- Handle invoice processing, billing, and basic accounting coordination
- Support sales and marketing team with backend coordination
- Maintain product database, batch details, and regulatory documents
- Coordinate with vendors, distributors, and internal departments
- Manage emails, MIS reports, and day-to-day office operations
- Ensure proper filing of pharma-related documents and compliance records
- Assist in inventory tracking and logistics coordination
- Generate reports using MS Excel and internal software
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good data management and documentation skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical products or industry (preferred)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
Qualifications
- Graduate (B.Com / B.Sc / BBA preferred)
- D.Pharm / B.Pharm (added advantage for pharma role)
- 0–3 years experience in back office / admin role (Pharma preferred)
Salary & Benefits (Optional Section)
- Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
