Marketing:
College Outreach and Relationship Building:
- Identify Target Colleges: Research and identify colleges with a strong contingent of students interested in studying abroad. This may involve factors like college size, international student population, and programs offered.
- Develop Relationships with College Staff: Build relationships with admissions counselors, program directors, or other relevant staff at target colleges. This could involve attending college fairs, sending introductory emails, or making phone calls.
- Secure Seminar Locations and Dates: Work with college staff to secure appropriate space on campus to hold your test prep and abroad planning seminars.
Lead Generation and Follow-up:
- Capture Leads: During and after the seminars, the BDE should collect contact information from interested students. This could involve sign-up sheets, offering free consultations, or having a lead capture form on a tablet.
- Qualify Leads: After the seminar, the BDE should qualify the leads they collect, prioritizing those most likely to convert into paying customers.
- Follow-up with Leads: The BDE should follow up with qualified leads promptly, offering consultations, answering questions, and guiding them through the enrollment process for your test prep or abroad planning services.
