Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to potential leads provided through our database to pitch digital product.
- Customer Counseling: Educate customers on the benefits, features of the products
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily/monthly sales targets to earn high performance-based incentives.
- Relationship Management: Build rapport with customers to ensure trust and high conversion rates.
- Data Integrity: Maintain accurate records of all calls and customer interactions in the Excel.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
- Experience: 0–2 years in Telesales or Customer Service (Experience in Banking/Product selling is a huge plus).
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication in Hindi/English/Marathi
- Persuasion: Ability to handle objections and convince customers effectively.
- Punctuality: Highly disciplined regarding the 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM shift.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
