- We are looking for a skilled Middleware Application Support Engineer to manage support and maintain middleware platforms and business critical applications
- The role involves monitoring application health resolving incidents troubleshooting middleware issues and ensuring stability availability and performance of enterprise applications
- Provide L2 support for middleware platforms and enterprise applications
- Monitor application and middleware environments to ensure high availability and performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application availability performance jobs interfaces and middleware services
- Support deployment configuration and maintenance of middleware components
- Handle incident management service requests root cause analysis and problem resolution within defined SLAs
- Coordinate with L1 L3 teams development teams infrastructure teams and business stakeholders for issue resolution
- Perform log analysis health checks and system monitoring to proactively identify issues
- Support batch job monitoring restart activities and interface application recovery as required
- Participate in patching upgrades release support and environment validation activities
- Ensure proper documentation of incidents fixes SOPs and knowledge articles
