Role Overview
The Operational Head is responsible for the overall management, efficiency, and growth of the dental clinic. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, enhances patient experience, optimizes revenue, and manages staff performance while maintaining high clinical and ethical standards. Training will be provided for 2 weeks.
Key Responsibilities
1. Clinic Operations Management
* Oversee daily clinic functioning (appointments, patient flow, chair utilization)
* Ensure smooth coordination between doctors, assistants, and front desk
* Maintain SOPs for all clinical and non-clinical processes
* Ensure adherence to sterilization and hygiene protocols
2. Patient Experience & Service Quality
* Monitor patient journey from entry to exit
* Handle escalations, complaints, and feedback professionally
* Improve patient satisfaction, retention, and referrals
* Ensure staff communication is polite, clear, and professional
3. Revenue & Business Growth
* Track daily/monthly revenue and OPD performance
* Improve treatment conversion rates (consultation → treatment)
* Plan and execute marketing strategies (Google, WhatsApp, referrals)
* Identify opportunities for service expansion (e.g., aligners, gum therapy)
4. Team Management
* Supervise front desk, assistants, and support staff
* Conduct staff training (communication, patient handling, SOPs)
* Manage duty rosters and attendance
* Monitor staff productivity and performance
5. Financial Management
* Monitor expenses (lab, materials, salaries, utilities)
* Optimize operational costs without affecting quality
* Maintain billing accuracy and daily collections tracking
* Coordinate with accountant for reports
6. Inventory & Vendor Management
* Ensure availability of dental materials and instruments
* Manage lab coordination and timely case delivery
* Maintain stock records and avoid wastage
* Negotiate with vendors for better pricing
7. Compliance & Documentation
* Ensure legal, clinical, and safety compliance
* Maintain patient records and documentation properly
* Implement audit systems for quality control
8. Marketing & Branding
* Oversee clinic presence on Google Maps and social media
* Coordinate campaigns (dental camps, offers, recall patients)
* Improve online reviews and ratings
* Work with digital marketing teams if required

Work Timings
* As per clinic hours (typically 10 AM – 8 PM)
* Availability for operational emergencies if needed
Pay: ₹21,519.67 - ₹98,367.46 per month
