Century Steel is a fast-growing manufacturer and supplier of premium false ceiling steel profiles, GI channels, and accessories. We are expanding our sales team and are looking for an enthusiastic Tamil speaking Telecaller to generate order and build relationships with dealers across Tamil Nadu.
Remote (Work From Home) – Tamil Nadu
Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Sunday Fixed Off
Responsibilities
- Call hardware, gypsum, false ceiling, interior, and building material dealers across Tamil Nadu.
- Introduce Century Steel products and explain product benefits.
- Generate new dealer enquiries and business opportunities.
- Follow up with existing prospects and convert them into active customers.
- Maintain daily call reports and update lead status.
- Coordinate with the sales team for quotations and order processing.
- Build long term relationships with dealers and distributors.
Requirements
- Fluency in Tamil (Mandatory).
- Basic English communication skills.
- Experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, or customer support is preferred.
- Confident and persuasive communication.
- Good follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp).
- Laptop/Desktop with reliable internet connection.
- Quiet work environment for making calls.
Preferred Experience
- Telecalling or telesales experience.
- Experience in building materials, steel, gypsum, plywood, hardware, paints, interiors, or construction industry is an added advantage.
