International Sales Specialist (US Shift)

Job Summary
We are hiring enthusiastic and target-driven International Sales Specialists to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will connect with customers in the US market, generate sales through outbound calls, build strong customer relationships, and achieve revenue targets. If you have excellent English communication skills and a passion for international sales, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers in the US market.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Handle customer queries through phone calls and emails.
- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Qualify new leads and manage the complete sales cycle.
- Stay updated on products, services, and competitor offerings.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in International Sales, International BPO Sales, Inside Sales, or Business Development.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience handling US customers is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Must be comfortable working in the US Shift (Night Shift).
