Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative activities.
- Handle office correspondence, emails, phone calls, and documentation.
- Maintain office records, files, and databases.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official documents. .
- Coordinate facility maintenance and office equipment servicing.
- Handle visitor management and front-office coordination when required.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in administration, office management, or a similar role.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
